Who is responsible for your data

Jessica Vindras, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), 9 rue Jules Verne, 74100 Annemasse, France. Contact: contact@vocitra.com.

What we collect

Why

To operate the tool (video analysis, scores, citation tests, progress measurements), to invoice you, and to write to you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

YouTube and Google data

Vocitra uses the YouTube API Services. By using Vocitra you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the data Google receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Vocitra's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from the YouTube API is never used to train artificial-intelligence models, neither by Vocitra nor by its service providers: it is sent only to produce your analysis, and is never sold or used for advertising.

Vocitra reads your channel in read-only mode and never publishes, modifies or deletes anything on YouTube. The YouTube data we store is: your channel's public information and, for each video you analyse, its metadata, its score, the search positions measured at that moment, and the optimisation plan produced.

You can withdraw access at any time, in three ways: the "Disconnect" button in Vocitra, the "Delete my account and my data" button in Vocitra, or the page listing the applications with access to your Google Account (myaccount.google.com). If you withdraw access, your channel information is deleted immediately, and the YouTube API data still held (video analyses, scores, plans) is deleted automatically within 30 days. If you delete your account, everything is deleted immediately.

Service providers

Website and application hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payment (Stripe, once subscriptions open), email delivery (Resend), and the AI providers that analyse videos, write suggestions or query search engines: Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity and SerpApi (Google results). Some are located outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

YouTube API data is kept while your channel is connected and your account exists, because it is what shows you how your videos progress; it is deleted within 30 days of access being withdrawn, and immediately when the account is deleted. Other account data is kept while the account is active. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection: write to contact@vocitra.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

The website uses the cookies needed to run and to keep you signed in. With your consent only, it also uses Google Analytics to measure traffic (page views, referrer, device), with an anonymised IP address. Those measurement cookies are kept for 13 months at most. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page. No advertising cookies.
